As they reach the age of three, children become increasingly independent and start to interact more actively with others, also engaging in symbolic play, as they become more aware of what is going on around them.
The purpose of school in the 3-6 year old stage is to accompany the physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of children, respecting individual rhythms and needs, attending to their well-being and guaranteeing, at all times, that their food, drink and physiological needs are met.
In this way, it delves deeper into the establishment of limits and rules for coexistence, always from a secure bond, facilitating free movement, promoting habits of control and bodily hygiene, nurturing vocabulary and generating environments of great communicative and aesthetic richness through multiple languages, with assiduous use of art. It is particularly important that Infant Education lays the foundations for personal and social development, creating the basis in terms of values and the development of empathy, which will make it possible to live harmoniously in society.
In short, through the Reggio philosophy, El Castillo Mágico accompanies children aged 3 to 6 in the discovery of the everyday, natural and social, which contains enough richness to work with and be amazed by every day, and through which they also approach the world of letters and numbers in a context of practical life.

El Castillo Mágico® Nursery School is the first bilingual Nursery School for 0-6 year olds that bases its educational and care programme on the arts. This is why its team is made up of fabulous educator-artists, among other professionals. In this way, language and music are emphasised in a fluid context of respect for the child’s individual and natural development.
